An insurance company with 1,500 employees partnered with pur’ple to turn ambition into action: preparing the organization to scale Data and AI effectively. Leadership recognized a clear truth—this ambition wasn’t achievable within the current setup. Organizational complexity, slow decisions, and limited capacity in key roles were blocking the path to automation and AI adoption.

Setting up governance to drive transformation - A new Transformation Office now prioritizes what matters, avoids duplication, and accelerates delivery.
Mapping the real automation potential - By analyzing the full policy lifecycle, we identified up to 38% automation potential, refined by role and function.
Establishing a clear operating model for Data & AI - With governance, ownership, and structure in place, the organization can now industrialize and scale AI initiatives.
Empowering leadership to act - We supported the CEO and C-suite in making high-impact structural decisions to unlock their AI ambition.
