Never before, has science played such a critical role in our society. Founded in 2006 as a spin-off of iBet, GenIbet is the first CDMO - Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization - on the Iberian Peninsulacapable of producing biopharmaceuticals.
Based in Portugal, the company develops processes for the production of clinical batches of therapeutic proteins, cells and vaccines for biopharmaceutical enterprises and research institutes.
Formed by a young, innovative and dynamic team, the company felt the need to revisit some of its management policies and tools moved by two main drivers:

This challenge was received with enthusiasm by pur’ple team who was invited to fully experience GenIbet daily routines in order to understand the complexity of biopharma activity.
