We’ve just wrapped up a new edition of 𝗟𝗮𝗯 ø𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 with 26 brilliant minds stepping up to the challenge.

As always, the mission was clear: tackle a real business case rooted in 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 & 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 - this time supporting a company in a strong growth phase navigating complex culture and alignment dynamics.

In one intense day, they:

🧠 Designed people-centered business solutions;

🎤 Faced a demanding CEO in the final pitch;

🤝 Worked side by side with pur’ple senior consultants.

The 🟥 Team took the win with a sharp strategy and delivery. And yes, we even found time to celebrate individual effort in swimming 🥇🏊.
